Voting Question: How can I make money at 14 years old?

I'm 14 years old and will be 15 next year. I never get nice things because my mother is very poor and lives off unemployment. Our economy in my town (Bakersfield,California) Has no jobs....I want to make money. I want to make atleast 600-1000$ to buy my own laptop I am tired of using my moms desktop which is very slow. I want to be a computer technician and I know how to do graphic designs but I had to quit because my moms computer cannot hold what I need....What can I do?
